Now you will start 24 split squat jumps (12 on each leg). This is what usually gets everybody. You will start in a split squat position, with one leg in front and one leg behind on the ball of the foot (kind of like a squat position). You will lower your leg down until the back knee almost touches the ground, then explode up into the air, switching leg positions, landing with the opposite leg forward. Repeat for repetitions. Rest 1 minute upon completion.

Finally use a series of Herbal Baths to smooth and tighten the skin around your legs, hips and buns. Take baths my Bikini Butt a week for minutes each. You'll need the downtime with all that cardio and sculpting! In addition to working on any remaining cellulite areas, the baths will help detoxify your skin and improve your overall complexion.

On your first 3 week, you will start out with strength training on days 1,3 and 5. Cardio exercises in the form of yoga, plyo, and kenpo are part of your training on days 2,4 and 6. Day 7 is a day for stretching.
