Don't you think men and women are alike in some aspects. They both admire the woman's butt. To have a perfect butt is one of the most sought after body parts any one especially women could ever want. Today i am going to talk about The Bikini Butt Workout. When asked, men said that they preferred a women with a round or curvy meaty butt, that was not too big. That looked good in a bikini.

Walking - Walking is the easiest Great Butt ever! Everyone does it everyday. You can do it anywhere and anytime and it is an easy exercise you can just squeeze into your day at anytime with no equipments needed. It is something you can easily incorporate to your everyday life. Walking up hill can target your gluteus and heighten up the intensity of your butt exercise. In a brisk walk you can burn even more fats.

Once again, I'm a big advocate of good old fashioned weight training. In fact, I try to include at least a couple of really intense weight training days in my weekly schedule. However, don't think that you have to go to an expensive gym, or invest in a bunch of weights in order to get a good strength-building workout!

One thing you can do to keep from straying off your diet is writing out a simple affirmation 10 times each morning. Then repeating Bikini Butt it times aloud with commitment. Do it first thing when you are getting up. Somehow, the combination of putting it in writing as well as declaring it to yourself rewires your thought pattern. This is an affirmation example: "I eat only nutritious meals consistent with Turbulence Training." It might seem like this is fruity, nevertheless it is effective.

Eat plenty of complex carbohydrates such as brown rice, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes and whole wheat bread. Women do carry some fat around the butt so you want to maintain that for a big, round booty. Eat healthy fats from foods such as avocado, nuts and fish oils.

Other activities that is good for your butt includes kickboxing, fencing and certain types of dancing. In fact any sport or activity where you have to bend your knees a lot and/or jump is great for building a nice booty.

Take inline skating lessons. Learning how to stop isn't that hard, and there are several ways to do it. Of course, you can't stop at super fast speeds; you can only slow down over a distance. But in general, learning to stop will enable you to skate anywhere.
